1st Choice Roofing & Construction

This is my second time working with 1st Choice Roofing and Construction, and once again, I am extremely satisfied with their service. Michael has been a tremendous help throughout the process. My first experience was about nine years ago in Spring. After the Tax Day Storm, we had a leak from the pipe on our roof. 1st Choice Roofing was in our neighborhood providing free maintenance to a neighbor, and they kindly offered to inspect our roof as well. They quickly fixed the issue at no charge, and we tipped the two technicians $20 each for their help. We later replaced our entire roof with them, and the experience was smooth, pleasant, and the quality of the work was excellent. This time around, the experience was a bit more challenging. My original project manager became ill and had to step away, which created some disruption in the process. However, Michael stepped in as my new project manager and expertly guided the project to completion. While the transition between project managers caused some delays in deal continuity and paperwork, I understand that illness and uncertainty can happen. Despite these bumps, Michael’s professionalism and patience made all the difference, and we're thrilled with both the process and the end result. We are very happy with our new roof, and I’m grateful for the team's hard work. I’m giving 5 stars because, in the end, the service was great, the roof looks fantastic, and Michael's efforts truly made the experience worthwhile.

I had an awesome experience with 1st Choice Roofing & Construction. The crew was super professional from start to finish... they showed up on time, kept me in the loop, and did exactly what they said they would. What really impressed me was how clean everything was afterward. I didn’t find a single nail or bit of debris in my yard, which is huge for me since my kid runs around barefoot out there all the time. That level of care really says a lot about how they do business. The roof looks fantastic, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. If you need any roofing work done, these are the folks to call. Can’t recommend them enough!

I recently had a new roof installed on my house by 1st Choice Roofing. From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. Michael Gaitan was the project manager. He was polite, confident and explained the entire process. On installation day the crew was fantastic. During that day I was provided with several photos from a drone showing the progress. Mr. Gaitan noticed a slight dip in the new roof at the garage. He had the crew remove the shingles and make the area perfect. That's great customer service and attention to detail.

Super pleased with 1st Choice Roofing & Construction! They provided excellent service and quickly, especially considering we were still being impacted by hurricane Beryl. They knew exactly how to deal with our insurance company and reassured us what would be paid for. They were friendly, professional and there was always someone on site over seeing the crew. We also received a discount on our home owners policy for the quality of roof we installed!
