I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt like I had to for 911 Restoration because the community needs know about the Northern Houston Branch; these guys get stuff done! If y’all have water damage, these people are who you want to call — I would give these guys more than five stars if I could! It’s not everyday that a ceiling is leaking water, so when it happened to us I had no idea where to start. Of course, Google is a great tool, so after some searches later I luckily stumbled upon 911 Restoration. I am so grateful this company appearing in my searches, as the folks who work for them are more than awesome. Everyone has been so professional, kind, & caring towards us. From the initial conversation with a customer service representative named Jennifer, to Josh to Angel & Chet, these guys are honest, transparent, & trustworthy. Not only did Angel & Chet quickly respond to our need for help, but their initial evaluation & quote was FREE; it took less than an hour for someone to show up & help! Angel was so clear, concise, & knowledgeable about what needed to be done that we had no hesitation in signing with these guys to get their services. These guys solve problems & issues as if it were their own homes. Shout out to Angel & Chet because they are the sweetest. Everyone is so respectful of our home, & these guys are kind enough to lock our doors on their way out! Give 911 Restoration in Northern Houston Branch a chance, because they’re amazing people; 10 out of 10, I would recommend, & I would have these guys come out to fix any issues any day. Angel, Delray, and Team did a great job of walking me through this very stressful process, and we're immediately out to fix the problem, even on a Saturday evening. Delray and Team we're very transparent, professional, and did multiple dryness readings with me to give me full peace of mind and alert me to their progress. I've yet to hear from Insurance, but their excellent work and high praise from our independent adjuster make this a 5 star service IMO.

My home sustained major damage from Hurricane Ida. The team from 911 Restoration came in and professionally and thoroughly took care of all the water damage. Angel and his team were fantastic to work with, they treated me and my family with so much kindness and compassion at such a difficult time.
