The roofers arrived bright and early, ready to work. The organized efficiency was amazing. The guys worked in such unified harmony. That is what created their speed and efficiency. Everyone clearly knew their jobs and that added to their precision. No stone was left unturned. Cleanup was a breeze and they doubled checked everything before calling me to see the finished work. I love my roof and so do my neighbors.

I would like to post a positive review for Achilles Roofing & Exteriors team. It is second time we are doing minor work on our house and I'm very satisfied with quality of work, dedication and enormous progress on a transformation they made in both times. I do not foresee any roof repairs on my house in future but if you are looking for someone trustworthy, punctual, caring to do your roof work, I would totally trust them.

Total project went smoothly from start to finish. Belle was efficient and communicating on a regular basis as the project started to come together. Very helpful when completing paperwork for HOA approval and had conversations as to approved materials to be sure we were in compliance. Once approved project ran efficiently and in a timely manner. Materials delivered and crew immediately began work. Tarps were placed around the perimeter of the house so there was protection for plants and shrubs. Patricia, the project manager, was onsite when project began and returned through your the day. Communicated either in person or via phone so updates were given throughout the day. As roof was nearing completion, clean-up began and magnetic brooms were utilized. I had communicated via phone with some questions so Patricia, the project manager, returned with a roofing chief and addressed all my questions and concerns. One member of the crew had remained onsite until this was completed. Inside pipes were checked to insure nothing had become disconnected or damaged during the roofing. A crew member returned the following day to remedy an aesthetic issue with the roof. Patricia followed up with a phone call to insure I was satisfied and happy with the outcome. Highly recommend Achilles. Competitive pricing, outstanding communication, during all aspects of project. Addressed questions and concerns in a timely manner and easily understood language. Wonderful company with which to work!!

Price was fair compared to other attic fan installations. They had to come back the following day because they did not have a long enough ladder even though we had them come the day before to inspect/prepare. After installation the tech left the control switch hanging and a bunch of trash/debris from cutting the roof. He finished and left without saying anything. Overall communication could have been better and the work could have been done more professionally.
