I just bought my house and it needed a new roof. ARS came recommended from a life long friend. David and Ivan came out and looked at our roof and gave us a quote and explained our options. We went with the GAF Timberline shingles. They helped us pick a color that would enhance the appearance of our property. They came out and got the job done. They cleaned up the entire yard after completion. We couldn't be happier with the results or the service. Excellent job and the house looks amazing.

In case you don’t want to read my long rant; my experience with ARS was creepy, shady, and they kept insisting that I take out a fraudulent insurance claim. After about the 3rd time of telling them I refuse to commit insurance fraud, I had to force them to leave. I had a reputable roofing company come out the next day… all the “damages” ARS was trying to have me get repaired was a lie or grossly exaggerated. My experience with ARS in a nutshell: * a creepy guy spent 2 hours going through every room in my upstairs, when I only had a small leak in a bathroom. After 2 hours, I asked “so… what’s causing the leak”, and he tells me “I don’t know, I haven’t got to it yet”. Keep in mind, the ONLY reason I called them out, was to fix this particular leak. Why the hlle were you in my children’s bedrooms for an hour?! * they created a long list of “damages”…. Entire ceiling repainting, new garage doors, new gutters, entire new roof… and all I have to do was lie to the insurance company and say I had a hail storm come through. MY HOUSE IS 4 YEARS OLD. ALL I HAD WAS A TINY LEAK IN 1 BATHROOM. * he refused to put the estimate of the list of repairs in an e-mail, he told me “that’s not something we do. We have a verbal conversation and go from there.” IF THATS NOT A RED FLAG, I DONT KNOW WHAT IS.
