He was communicative, easy to work with, and always willing to go above and beyond, even in areas outside his scope of work to make things easier for us. From hand-carrying our oversized microwave to another room to use during remediation so we could feel some normalcy, to re-taping protective paper on the floor for traffic stress areas our older dog kept “marking his spot”, his kindness and craftsmanship shined through. Jim consistently met us with a smile and an offer to help however he could. He truly eased a difficult situation for us and we are so grateful. I had water damage due to an AC leak. Jim was very responsive, honest, and thorough in his explanations and in the job itself. He definitely alleviated my fears of the process. So when I had water damage from Hurricane Beryl, my friend had recommended another company to try. But after that initial call, I had to call Jim again. And I was ever grateful I did. The service was top notch.

Jim quickly came to my house to looked at the damages after he received my call and gave us an estimate. He explained everything clearly what needed to be done. He was extremely punctual. He never gave me something like "I will be there between this time and that time", he told me he would be at my house at 9:15 am and he knocked on my door exactly at 9:15 am!

Jim did a great job with the mold remediation process in my home. He communicated and explained his set-up very thoroughly. Jim created sealed containment areas for each individual affected area to prevent mold contamination in the air. I appreciated the extra time Jim spent educating me on how to prevent having mold problems in the future and how to take care of it if, or when, it accrues. I would defiantly recommend Jim to anyone in need of further guidance regarding mold remediation.
