No one just showed up at my door unexpected. The evaluation and repairs were carefully and thoroughly explained to me and questions were encouraged. After the work was completed, everything was thoroughly cleaned up and nothing left behind. I even received a follow-up call to insure I was happy with the work done and service provided. Dealing with asap roof repair was a pleasure. They are very communicative and do good work. They were aware of the future bad weather days prior to the appointment and reached out to set a date and time that worked for me. The workers were mindful of not tracking dirt aroung the interior of the house and wore shoe covers. They also covered the area inside the house with plastic which made sure there was no mess. The worker also made sure that i was happy with the repairs prior to leaving. We had a prior company that came and put a patch and asap came and actually repaired the issue 100%
