Lindie is a very warm, friendly, professional, informative and efficient, representative that has from the beginning exhibited her goal for total customer satisfaction, while making sure the process from start to finish, went as smoothly as possible in achieving our new roof! Lindie and her team handled the insurance claim and met with the insurance adjuster on site for a thorough damage assessment And evaluation of repair. Alfredo, the job site coordinator is conscientious and diligent, sensitive to making sure the results were outstanding. We also appreciate how polite, skilled and thorough, the gentleman actually doing the construction and roofing were, taking great care to remove all debris and nails, leaving the site clean. We have a beautiful and well constructed roof that we are so pleased with! We definitely recommend Ascension to anyone!

Before Harvey our roof was hit by a wind storm, during Harvey our roof started leaking even more, our ceiling was falling apart. The insurance company denied and denied our claim, a year went by and we received a call and it was Ascension Roofing. They informed me they had a law firm on staff and could assist in starting the claim back up. Several weeks later we had a new roof. Ascension sent a team over and 2 days later just like that a new roof. Thank you. Edward was our Salesman and super to work with.
