I've been working with Ben Diaz Roofing on multiple projects over the last 5 years. I must say the level of professionalism is second to none. My husband always has good things to say about Ben and his crew. Just good people!

Do you hate being kept in the loop on major events? Do you hate having someone checking in through the whole process to make sure everything is perfect and you are satisfied? Do you HATE getting service and a product that is clearly the best possible on the market? If you said yes to any of these, do not use Ben Diaz Roofing. These guys do the best work, and make sure you dont just get a quality product, they make sure you get as much information as possible so you know they are the best, and you are getting the best. They worked around our schedule, were early, and done in no time. I could not believe how great his team is and how amazing my roof and fence look. They take care of EVERYTHING! Permits, check, inspections, check, had to have 811 come out to spray my lines... you guessed it, they already had it done. There was a hiccup in the process, i had a call, email, or text as soon as they knew about it, and they already had a solution in place. Why are tou still reading? Call them now before they are booked!

Family owned business, Ben and his father were very easy to work with, they aided with the insurance adjuster and the TDI to make sure everything was do correctly and since I boarded the coastline, I received the need certificate. Price was inline with other bids but from watching other roofing jobs in the neighborhood, Ben’s crew were very professional and respectful of our home. I highly recommend them.

BEWARE: Ben Diaz Roofing is not as the company portray themselves to be. They talk a good game & say how they have a 12 yr. workmanship warranty, but just try to get them back to correct their mistakes. We tried for 6 months to get them to resolve our roof problems that they had inspected and acknowledged. We finally gave up and had to get another roofing company to fix the problems. It was a nightmare expenience.

The absolute worst experience I’ve had in 12 years in the real estate business in Houston Texas. He took a huge deposit and then didn’t show up for four weeks. I ended up having to hire another contractor to finish the job and they finished it in one day. Please do not hire this company. They are unbelievably dishonest.
