I was incredibly pleased with the work done by Brinkmann. Todd was great to organize with and was available for questions and was quick to send out a crew after the fact for an additional task. Juan and his team did a great job with all the repairs and gutter work.

Ryan Laird was my salesman and he provided all the details I needed to make a decision. He provided three options and the features and benefits of each one. Jason Hernandez was the foreman on my job and stopped by as needed to make sure the crew had everything they required and answer any of my questions. Billy was the lead roofer. He made sure that the job was done right and everything was cleaned up very well after the job was done. I believe that I got a quality job done right by a quality company.

In 2009, Tod Gentry arranged for us to reroof our two-story home. The work was quick, efficient, and the two-story portion has never developed a leak. Unfortunately, due to a huge tree falling recently, it was necessary to reroof my garage, breezeway and the one-story section of my house. The work was done quickly, efficiently and amazingly, blends beautifully with the rest of the roof. I would recommend them to anyone based on their pricing, the quality of their work, and the courtesy and professionalism of their crews.

Communication, especially regarding expectations was top notch. Chris was easy to talk to, and laid out all of the information I needed. When the materials were dropped off, the driver took inventory and photos, and made sure to answer any questions I had. We had rain on our scheduled installation date, and I got an email letting me know that the crew would be out the very next day to do the job - and they were. I think they showed up at around 7am! I could not believe the mess they made, but let me tell you - they did an impressive job at cleaning it all up when they were done. They swept our yard for nails and debris at least three times that I saw. And most importantly the new roof looks wonderful. I need to give everything a critical inspection now that its sunny again, but so far this has been a great experience overall. *Update* I wrote my payment check for too much, and the supervisor Victor was amazing enough to let me know, come back by the house, and let me write a new check in the correct amount. Outstanding service!!
