Concierge Roof

I've been lucky enough to not need to deal with my homeowner's insurance company until after the recent damage to my roof. See my before and after photos. Krystal was able to walk me through the whole insurance process, answering all my questions, and coordinating the inspection of my roof by the insurance adjuster. Once my claim was approved, she continued helping me get everything in order, depositing checks, turning in paperwork, etc. After a very quick turn-around, her team installed my new roof. Her team was very professional and accommodating with all my needs. Now I have a fantastic looking roof on my house. I'm recommending Krystal and her team to all my friends.

I recently hired contier roof to do exterior trim and siding repairs as well as a full paint job. Krystal and her team were very professional and did a quality job at a very competitive price. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

We recently had our roof replaced, rafter fixed and other small fixes. Krystal and her team were amazing. She helped us get through the insurance process, took pictures of our roof and met with our insurance adjusters. This took a load off of me and having to deal with the claim. Her team was professional and quickly took care of the job and left the site clean. A week after the install, she came back and found something that needed to be fixed and got that done. On top of getting the job done, Krystal is very energetic and has a positive attitude so that made it very easy to work with her.
