CORE by KHI

I wish that there was an option to give 10 stars here. I cannot tell you how happy I am with my experience with CORE KHI. Back in late December 2022 a pipe burst in my shower flooding my bathroom, closet, bedroom and laundry room. My insurance company recommended CORE KHI and I couldn't be happier. Kudos to Frank who I worked with initially. He was amazing when it came to the demolition, remediation and redesign and rebuild. He was there for me whenever I needed him and his expert guidance. I had no idea what I wanted in a new bathroom etc. His ideas were brilliant. As well I cannot say enough about Rodney who took over as the construction manager. He kept me informed of the construction process on an almost daily basis. He was on top of it. My highest praise goes to Eric, he is a true artist in renovation and reconstruction. His eye for detail is second to none. He created for me what I consider my luxury hotel retreat at home. KHI Thank you !

I had to go through the process of shopping around for quotes for a mold removal and plumbing situation. Our plumber recommend KHI, and it went great. Very quick admin process of getting the quote, and then work started quickly after that. The work went exactly the way as they informed me it would. The cost for the work seemed in line with other quotes we received, although it was cheaper than competitors. Easy communication, good work, and decent price.

KHI was knowledgeable on the process and was professional on taking the time to explain to me the process on the work they are doing. They kept me informed especially on a difficult project. Thank you Kevin and Spencer for your tireless hours of back and forth discussions as well as having your team do good work even during a busy time.

I am the president of the water board here in Diamondhead subdivision on Lake Conroe. KHI gave up a fair price and did excellent work on rehabing our water plant control room building. They took off old roof and replaced with new shingles. They removed our rotted trim boards and replaced with new ones. Primered building and put on 2 coats of paint. Also installed a new dusk to dawn light on the front of the building. Easy to work with, dependable, great quality of work. Will use them again.
