Kevin and his crew did a great job on our roof repairs. Kevin was pleasant to talk to and he took the time to explain all of the repairs that were performed. Nathan came to my place to bring me good news. He said they were able to lower my deductible to a little bit over $5000. I agreed and they started replacing my roof. However, when I got the bill, it showed the whole amount of my deductible which is over &10000. I contested this because it was the reason that I deferred getting my roof fixed. Actually, my roof did not need to have the overhaul. The damaged from storm can be repaired without changing the whole roof. My previous roof is not old. It was about 5 years old. But DLV kept on calling me and courting me to have it done with a lower out of pocket on my part. They lied to me. They will sweet talk with you until you give in. So be careful to use this company in the future.
