My Home was damaged in 2024 by Hurricane Beryl a year ago. Why did I wait so long to have repairs done? It certainly wasn't "NO MONEY ISSUES". It's All about TRUST. I called more than Several Contractors, Read their Reviews. Its not about what I READ, TRUSTWORTHY!! I Rely On. I look back to my list of Contractors and Galaxy Construction LLC with a 5 STAR 🌟 Rating, not realizing, Mr Omar Serna, Owner had previously visited my Home. Mr Omar, looked at my Insurance Claim, reached out to the Claim Adjuster even though its been over a year followed up with more details, it was Approved " NO PRESSURE" received more Money 💰. Mr Omar and I discussed all damages in & out of the home and what wasn't covered by the Insurance. I was truly touched, as A Business Owner, Mr Omar takes the time to listen to his Customers and shows how much he cares. He's Honest, (is the Key) dependable, straight forward etc. The Descriptions of work outlined each details in his Contractor Agreement so there wouldn't be NO misunderstanding including the Prices. He was UPFRONT and stated if there might be any other damages to the Roof, he would call first and send pictures. Mr Omar and his Team Crew installed, I Love ❤️ my Beautiful Charcoal Black ⚫️ Roof, and Requested to close my opened Atrium as a full Roof. (See Photos BF & AF). My Gutters were badly damaged and Mr. Omar referred me to another Co, for Installation. I chose Black. (See Photos) One of the Bedroom & Closet was both damaged with water and removal of Carpet and cut part of the Drywall in closet. I replaced the Bedroom flooring with Wood Tile, instead of Carpet. (See photos BF & AF) I can truly say, Mr Omar and his Team Crews went aboved and beyond, a Fantastic, Awesome 👌 Beautiful ❤️ Excellent Job 👏 Well Done. The Quality, the Caring, is AMAZING 👏. the list could go on & on. Lord knows it was worth the Year wait for Galaxy Construction LLC to repair my Home. Not only were the results outstanding, Omar and his team provided an excellent working experience for our condo complete kitchen renovation and vanity bathroom upgrade, along with popcorn ceiling removal. Several changes and suggestions were made without fuss or impact to timelines, and change orders were priced reasonably.

After damage from Hurricane Beryl, we needed a new roof. I heard good things about Galaxy, so I reached out them and spoke with Omar. Right from the start, he made me feel like a priority. I wasn't expecting to have anyone out that same day, but Omar asked if a 4:00/4:15pm arrival was ok. He arrived at pretty much 4 on the dot. I didn't feel like I was speaking to a salesman. He obviously knows what he is talking about and suggested only what I needed. He easily answered every question I had, and I felt confident in the product and service I was signing up for. The price was very reasonable and better than another quote I had received by a substantial amount. When the day came for the installation, Omar personally stopped by to make sure everything was prepared and ready to go. They finished the roof in one day and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. It's been a few months since then and we've had no issues with the roof and it looks great. I would highly recommend Galaxy Construction if you're in need of a new roof. They're a family business with integrity, affordable prices, and a knowledgeable staff that won't treat you like you're just another number.

I rarely do reviews but in this case I am making an exception. Omar and Galaxy Construction were there for us when we really needed it. Our chimney was blown and we had a hole in the ceiling after Hurricane Beryl. We called several people and Omar came quickly and made an assessment. He got his team within a day and had the hole patched up within a couple of days which helped in not having more damage to the house. Omar is old school and very respectful, which I particularly appreciated a lot. He kept us apprised during each step of the repair. I will strongly recommend Galaxy Construction, particularly in Pearland, TX, where we live.
