Integrity Storm Experts installed a beautiful quality roof and used the great quality Certain Teed shingles and system. The attention to detail while replacing the roof was impressive. Repairs and improvements to decking that I did not know of were covered by crew and crew leader Alex. Alex kept me updated on progress including drone pictures of the various steps of the project. Things like covering pool protecting plants and outdoor furniture etc. were taken care of and final cleanup was great. I got everything that I was promised and expected and more! I can’t leave out that John the Senior Project Manager was outstanding from day one that we met until final day of roof completion. John had completed several roofs in my neighborhood and was integral to getting insurance approval, explaining the process and most important delivering what he said he would and could do. I asked for a stack of his business cards and have already forwarded his information to people I know including my best friend that said he needed his roof replaced after he had heard that my roof was just replaced. After having trouble with the insurance company wanting to repair only a part of our roof and going through a different company, but didn’t help with the insurance, my husband found Kevin and the Integrity Storm Experts on Facebook. Gave them a call, Kevin came to our house and we explained our frustration with the insurance company. He inspected and took pictures of our roof. Kevin explained the process and that they would take of care of the insurance claim, which we were relieved. In less than a month and two inspectors, Kevin gave us the great news that we were finally getting our claim approved for a new roof. They came yesterday, did a great job on our new roof.
