Humberto’s experience and great customer service made the process of getting our roof done was great! We stressed about it so much, trying to figure it out on our own not knowing what to do next. Insurance companies are the worst when filing a claim. He guided us through the process and got us taken care of. His people also work fast and clean. You won’t regret it!

I called and Humberto came running to my roofing needs. He was attentive to my request and concerns. He gave me a date and delivered just what I asked for. His team was there at 6:00am and completed and cleaned up by 1:30pm on July 4th, and yes they worked on a holiday!!! Humberto is forever my go to when in need of my roof replaced.

My husband and I are in our eighties. Less than a week before my husband was to have major surgery we discovered that possums had moved into our attic. The exterminator came, got rid of the animals, and informed us that we had so much roof damage from the animals breaking in that we would probably need a new roof. I felt a great sense of urgency to get this taken care of before my husband’s surgery. A friend recommended that I call JAG Roofing and Restoration. I made a call and within a few hours Humberto Vallejo of JAG Roofing and Restoration came to our house, inspected the roof, and told us we had five major areas of damage caused by storm damage and critter damage. We did indeed need a new roof. What impressed us the most was Mr. Vallejo’s calm and professional manner. He was never impatient with us no matter how many questions we asked or repeatedly asked especially concerning finance options and/or the types and grades of roofing. His patient efforts and assistance allowed us to make decisions that were best for our personal situation. He also promised that his crew would be here in a few days and complete the job in one day. This made us very happy as it could all be completed before the surgery. We have been in our home 50 years and have endured the inconvenience, noise and confusion of roof repair in the past. Our experience with JAG Roofing and Restoration was unlike any other repair/workman experience we have had before. The crew arrived exactly as promised and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Upon completion of the work there was no trash left around the house or yard. There were no nails, screws, or washers anywhere around the house or driveway. This is a company that takes pride in their skills and work and respects your home and your investment in it. Mr. Vallejo was present while most of the work was being done and sent us drone photos to show us how the work was progressing. He also came by the next day to ensure we were pleased with all aspects of the work his crew had done. We were happy to assure him that we were totally satisfied and are able to highly recommend JAG Roofing and Restoration as a company providing reliable, professional and quality work.

If I could give zero stars I would. Let me take you back to Texas 2021. It’s winter storm Uri. This company uses predatory practices to get you to sign. Yes, they give you a free estimate. What they don’t tell you is that you legally signed for them to be your contractor. Now if you try to get out of that contract, you still pay them to “fix your house”. They still get paid even if they did not fix your house. Imagine, the storm burst your pipes, ceiling collapse and the whole 9 yards, and a company takes advantage of this stressful time to get you to sign whatever. Do NOT do your business here. I’m sure there are other honest businesses who will help a neighbor in a time of need. Oh what’s my credentials you ask, family friend contractor. Ripoff business.
