I will definitely recommend JSI Roofing! The roofing contractors were very professional and made sure all trash had been discarded after the work had been finished. Jim was amazing, he came before and after to check on the process and at completion made sure we were happy with the results! James, the owner, cared about our needs and gave exceptional service throughout the whole course of our new roof! We had a brand new roof within one day and we are very much pleased with the outcome!

Excellent is the best word to describe my experience, both from the time I stepped into their storefront location on Louetta to the day the repair was completed. I especially liked being able to talk to someone face to face at the storefront about my situation instead of having to deal over the phone for an appointment. The problem was with a tree limb that punctured my garden shed roof during a storm. I wasn't even sure they would be interested in such a relatively small job, but they handled it like any other job. The repair work was excellent. No shortcuts taken on any part of it.

James came to visit me and inspect my roof. He brought his Dad to explain options while James did the inspection. They provided a very competitive bid. I chose him not only for the price but more the first quality materials and the completeness of his bid. He struck me as someone I could trust. My experience bore this out. His crew was on time, they worked hard, installed the roof with everything we agreed to. They completed on time and cleaned up after themselves very well. My house is a smaller single story home. They started and completed in one day. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our new roof. I would recommend JSI Roofing to anyone!
