⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We hired Lavalion Roofing and Home Services to tear down and rebuild our aging patio cover, and the results speak for themselves. The original structure was over 15 years old with rotting wood and uneven framing. Lavalion removed it completely, rebuilt a strong new frame, installed a solid roof, and gave everything a clean, finished look that blends beautifully with our home. They also handled the electrical work flawlessly. Everything was installed cleanly with no exposed wires or messy patches. I would like to share my experience working with this company for my roof replacement due to the hurricane Berryl. I got with them from a friend referrals. Nam N was my assigned Rep. He came over to access the condition of the damaged roof and see what he can do with the insurance claim. He was very upfront and honest easy to work with. I knew this is what I can trust with. I've had numerous other contractors in the air but I felt they were untrustworthy. Nam was very knowledgeable about insurance process and roof replacement. He was always there to answer all my question and quickly. When the day of the insurance adjuster came. He came early and make sure everything was working in orders. And during, he addresses issue to adjuster to brought the attention of the damaged roof and solution for the fix. After approved by the insurance. When the day of the roof replacement he was there to make sure the workers working properly and not skip any step. All done in a day, I was impressed. He came and check the work finished the next day. I climbed to the roof to look for myseft. I was happy to see it was done perfectly. Overall I would highly recommend you all to this company for your roofing services in the near future. And trust. I do have several rental houses in Bellaire that I will need to have roof replacement. I will def in contact this company again for all my properties.
