LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Chandler Powell, the Residential Accounts Manager, made a great impression on me with his LeafFilter presentation. He is a young man who is very well mannered and educated and there is nothing about Leaf Filters he doesn’t know. He brought with him a carry case full of Leaf Filter parts. He turned the water in the sink on and put his product underneath the water so that we could see how our gutter protection system worked. Luis and Alex were the installation team.They were so nice, energetic, ready to work, knowledgeable and professional that I asked myself where does LeafFilter get all these great people? They worked about six hours. They cleaned out the existing gutters and downspouts; sealed the gutters and downspouts with 50 year silicone; re-aligned gutters as needed; installed hidden brackets for reinforcement; installed the LeafFilters gutter protection system throughout and they cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend LeafFilter for three reasons: my investment is protected, the product works toward that protection, and the installers ensured the protection.

Our experience with Lighting by LeafFilter has been outstanding from the sales to final installation. We really want to give a pat on the back to the installer, Juan, who definitely was excellent. He was very professional and knowledgeable and took extra time to explain the details of operation to us. We are available anytime to talk to prospective clients and will give total approval.

We are enjoying our lots very much they had a touch of elegance to our home and the man who put the lights up were very friendly and professional they went above and beyond the call of duty to help us they were waiting on the order to come from Houston because they had the wrong order on the truck and I needed two lights put on the front of the garage and they were very nice to help me do that my husband is ill and so it’s hard for him to do minimal task anymore with the men said they weren’t doing anything anyways so they would be glad to help me out I would recommend leaf to any of my friends and family and I hope to get a lot of referrals from my lights for y’all

Product was good, but price was premium. They never sent me the promised quote for their cheaper line. I liked that it was turnkey no extra charges for repairs needed during installation. Very good lifetime warranty. Sales process was a little annoying- Glen Garry Glen Ross, with the sales manager calling in twice to try to close me - lasted too long. In the end it was too big an investment for my house.

I purchased the Lighting product by LeafFilter; installation was excellent, however the overall functionality of the product is sub-par. Either the product doesn't perform as advertised or we don't understand how to program the controller to match the advertised functionality display. Very expensive product overall. Sales rep referred me to tech support for warranty support. I'm disappointed that the sales rep didn't care to follow-up with me, the customer, to ensure that the product she sold was working properly and that I'm a satisfied customer. Bottom line is that I'm not.
