I was lucky enough to see a house around the corner from me having a new roof replacement. I stopped off and spoke with one of the crew members. He was kind enough to give me Andres phone number. I called Andres with a few questions that he quickly replied to. Lion’s Crown Roofing took care of all my repairs from a brand new roof to repairs in my garage from a leak. Andres was so involved with every step and repair. The crew that came out to do the roof replacement was wonderful. All I can say is what a great job from the start to the finish. There is no question about if they are the best because they are. Not knowing anything about the company I jumped right in. No need to hold off on calling them. Christian and his crew were amazing from the moment we contacted Lion's Crown Roofing. We were completely clueless about filing a claim with the insurance company after Hurricane Beryl and he was there every step of the way to ensure we got what we deserved. He was there to answer every question, big or small, and talk with the adjusters when needed, no matter what time day or night. We are truly blessed to have worked with him and his crew. On top of the amazing customer service, our roof looks AMAZING and the quality is above all others. We have already gotten plenty of compliments and they just finished today. We had a great experience with Lions Crown Roofing. We had a leak right before hurricane Beryl and they were nice enough to come late on the day before it hit to put tarps in our ceiling to prevent too much water coming in. After the hurricane we needed shingles repaired as well as the ceiling fixed in our laundry room. Andres was super quick to come inspect the damage, and was super communicative throughout the whole process. Within a week after the hurricane hit, everything was repaired. We hired Lion’s Crown Roofing because of their affordable price, extremely nice employees (from roof inspector, sales, project manager, and roofers), great customer service, and professional estimate with photos and drone shot of our roof. We had our roof installed on May 30, 2024. The brand we chose is Owens Corning duration, color is estate gray. First day the rain started around 1pm, we feel bad for those workers despite if wind and rain, but they only took a little break and as soon as rain stop, they continued working to make sure our roof is safe and wont have any leaking problem. That experience really shows how professional and caring they are to finish the job. It was a full roof replacement for the house, garage, and garage extension and took them 2 days which it make sense because it was not the best weather when they started and it was a big area. We want to thank Andres the most for all his help, for communicating with us and taking care of everything. Elias was also there to make sure everything is in order and did a final inspection. We forgot the head of the worker’s name, but he was also good and always say be careful of nails whenever we get out. We wish we didn’t have to replace our roof, but storm really messed it up, but we are glad we found Lion’s Crown Roofing and made our experience easier and stress free. We highly recommend this company and we will always share them to our family and friends if ever they need roof replacement or repairs.
