John was awesome walking us through the process of getting a new roof through insurance. He came out after hurricane Beryl and didn’t find any damage, contacted us after a hail storm and came out the next day to check our roof. Within just a couple of weeks we had a new roof on. He was there every step of the way and answered any questions we had. The roofers and Grant were just as amazing the day of installation! They were quick and the quality of the roof is excellent! The entire process was made smooth and seamless! Definitely recommend Locked in Roofing!

Top quality service from start to finish!! Senior Project Manager Robert Landry, and his crew are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. What was promised was carried out above our expectations! Crew completed the new 79 sq. roof in 1 day (15 hrs.) Removed old shingles and material, repaired/ replaced all damaged plywood decking, no short cuts taken, quality workmanship!! Came back the following morning and inspected to ensure all was completed properly and did a very good job cleaning up!! Robert was in and out throughout the process and ensuring we were happy and ensure the crew had everything they needed!! No hidden or inflated cost, very reasonable!!! My new homeowners insurance company told me I needed a new roof, and on that same day, Jon from Locked In Roofing came out to assess my roof. He felt I had some hail & wind damage that I could try to get an insurance claim for, and he was right. My previous insurance company came out to assess, and Jon met that adjuster at my house to walk the roof with him. The adjuster agreed that there was considerable hail & wind damage and showed me the photos. Claim was approved and Locked In Roofing got to work within a week. Grant was the supervisor on location the day of install, and he was taking a ton of photos of the progress, keeping me informed throughout, addressing my concerns of nails for my kids and dogs, and was on top of the whole project from start to finish. He showed up at 5:45am to start prepping! Overall process was efficient and the quality of shingle and workmanship of their crews was fantastic.
