He was there when my insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof. After receiving my insurance estimate he guided me through the process of replacing my roof. I was more than pleased with how quickly the job was completed. The quality of materials and workmanship was fantastic. Thank you Lone Star Roofing! You are top notch!

We used Lone Star Roofing of Katy to replace our roof and install new gutters after hail damage recently. Michael, the owner was very hands on and made sure everything was done correctly from start to finish. Michael was super accommodating through the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I had a leak in my guest bathroom coming from the ceiling. After a routine inspection by Michael Holt (the owner) he discovered some hail/storm damage. He insisted on being there when the insurance adjuster was there and pointed out the damaged areas. This excellent customer service got my roof covered by the insurance company. Once the job started it was quick and efficient. The crew arrived on time and Michael was there as well to answer any questions. At the end of the day when the job was complete the clean up was immaculate. I can't say enough about how good my experience was with Lone Star Roofing of Katy, TX. It was excellent from beginning to end. It started with a routine inspection by the owner, Michael Holt. When he discovered hail damage in numerous places I filed a homeowner's insurance claim. It was initially denied but Michael worked directly with the adjuster and the insurance company and the claim was approved. The work was quickly scheduled and his crew arrived as agreed and on time. They worked diligently and professionally and completed the work in one day and left the site as clean as they found it. Michael was either on site supervising or immediately available by cell phone and extremely responsive throughout the project. I would not hesitate to recommend Lone Star Roofing of Texas to anyone.

We used Lone Star Roofing to replace our roof and install new gutters due to a hail damage. Our roof looks great! Micheal (the owner) was responsive and professional, and he helped us decide on a roof color and take care of details with our insurance company. We contacted Lone Star again this spring when we needed fence repair after a wind storm. Micheal (who is also a general contractor) lined us up with a company to replace our fence. We plan on using them again for future home repairs.
