MaxResto - Water Damage of Tomball

We cannot say enough good things about MaxResto and the incredible service provided by Kenny and Taya. While we were on vacation, an upstairs bathroom leak caused significant water damage to both floors of our home — cabinetry, walls, tile flooring, bedroom carpet upstairs, and a complete loss of the downstairs master bedroom including the ceiling, walls, closet, and carpet. To make matters more challenging, this happened just days before Hurricane Beryl struck. Even as their own homes were impacted by the storm, Kenny and Taya worked tirelessly and treated us with the utmost care and respect throughout the recovery process. They made us feel like equals, not just another job, and were there every step of the way when dealing with an unresponsive insurance company. When we felt abandoned by our insurer, MaxResto went above and beyond to restore our home — and our peace of mind. Great service from MaxResto and all their friendly team! The process was easy with their help with insurance, cleaning up after themselves and they helped us change our old guest bathroom into a modern place for our guests along with fixing all the issues we had after a leak!

After Hurricane Beryl, we had to deal with the aftermath of storm which was a tree falling onto our house. We called a contractor that ended up putting a tarp incorrectly on our home and then ghosted us. We then called MaxResto and they quickly came to help.
