The pictures of the work Mike and his team accomplished speak for themselves. There was simply so much time and attention paid to each and every detail! We are so very pleased with the outcome of the roof, new gutters, painting, and repair to the siding.

Over the past 15 years I’ve worked with Mr. Happy House to install a new roof, new fence, new hardie plank siding, new gutters with leaf guards and an awesome covered patio. Mike is very thorough, doesn’t cut corners and does things the right way. I’ve always been happy with Mike and his crew, which is why I always call him back to work on projects.

I couldn’t be happier with the results from Mr Happy Houston! Over the past three weeks, they completely transformed the exterior of my home by replacing the fascia, soffit, siding, and installing seamless gutters with leaf guard. The attention to detail and professionalism from start to finish were outstanding. What really stood out is how coordinated their entire team was - James Hardie Siding Installers, and the Painters all worked together seamlessly to make sure every part of the project was done right. On top of that, they even pressure washed my driveway for free, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated bonus! My house truly feels like a “Happy House” now here in The Woodlands, inside The Village of Indian Springs, in the beautiful Rush Haven neighborhood. I had Mike and crew come to my home and redo a side of the house that had old and dilapidated siding they replaced it with new Hardi Plank siding and I couldn’t be happier. The whole side of the house feels brand new and the work they did to seal up and clean my solarium definitely showed. Very pleased with the work they did and would recommend to anyone in the area.
