We were very impressed with the Techs that came to our restoration aide today. Mike Uvario and Samuel Marks did a great job explaining their services, treatment and what we can expect. Very nice and professional guys and I would definitely recommend them.

When a toilet valve on the second floor leaked and had water coming through the ceiling of the first floor, I called Paul Davis. In about two hours, they had two young men on-site to inspect and mitigate damage. These two guys, Austin H. and Marcos, were both class-acts. They were both very courteous and professional, and Austin did a superb job of explaining what needed to happen and why. They were fast and efficient the following day while executing the plan, and made things as painless as possible. If these two young men are an example of the entire company, then I highly recommend Paul Davis if you find yourself in the same unfortunate predicament that I was in.

Had Austin H, Julio, and Joan out recently to pull some flooring after a water leak. They did an excellent job and were highly professional and efficient. They were extremely transparent and very communicative. Austin always made sure to call first and let us know what was going on. It was really nice that Austin always catered to our schedule. Would highly recommend them.

We are so Grateful for the quick response of Paul Davis Team! Sam, Steven P, Mikey, Austin H, Joan and Justin, all came in our home and got right to work. We didn’t have to do anything. They handle all the heavy lifting, cleaning, removal of all damaged stuff and more. Very professional and made my wife laugh when she wanted to cry. Sam did an awesome job of talking us through everything and keeping lines of communication open, always answering the phone and text. I would recommend Sam and his crew to everyone !!!
