If you need roof repair/replacement that will involve interacting with your insurance company, PRA Roof Contractors is the company you want to go with. They are really good at working with insurance adjusters, providing the information they need in an organized and efficient way. They were able to get our insurance company to cover our roof replacement, which was not the answer we got from the adjuster ourselves before hiring PRA. Charles and Joey with PRA were very professional and courteous, with clear and timely communication. They were also able to figure out how to work on our (very tall) 3-story house when other roofing companies couldn't. The day of, the guys worked efficiently and left the area around our house spotless. I highly recommend PRA...they were really great to work with.

I had another roofer come by to give me a price, who wanted to upsell me on a complete roof replacement. I asked Joey M at PRA came by and his repair was a third of the repair cost and was honest about the remaining estimated lifespan of the roof without high pressure sales. He replaced a leaking flat section and put protection around pipes squirrels were chewing on. He also noticed another part of the roof where bad flashing caused some rot in the roof deck and fixed it promptly. He was communicative and the driveway was cleaned up afterwards. I was very satisfied with his service and when the life of the roof requires complete replacement he will be the first person I call. 5 stars.
