PRC Roofing worked on my mother's house in Houston, and I have to say they were easy to work with, quick, reasonably priced and well mannered. Most importantly they were real patient with my elderly mother. If you're in the need of a good roofer give them a call.

They do a great job. I have used them for flat commercial torch roofs, metal roofs, sloped porch repairs and gutters. The crews are very knowledgeable. They are clean and on time. I value quality roofs so that cost was just part of the business in my book. I usually deal with Mr. Delgado. He always answers my calls and usually meets me there on the job site. I appreciate the hands on approach. I have been to their office and they have a very nice metal shop.

I contacted PRC Roofing with a straightforward inquiry regarding services and availability. The interaction quickly turned unprofessional and hostile. The representative who answered the phone was dismissive from the start and escalated the conversation unnecessarily. Instead of answering questions or transferring the call appropriately, the employee used profanity, spoke disrespectfully, and ultimately ended the call abruptly. This experience reflects a larger issue than a single poor interaction. Businesses that operate in public-facing roles have a responsibility to maintain professionalism and respect, regardless of personal opinions or assumptions about who is calling. Customer service is not optional; it note only reflects the individual employee but the company culture that allows such behavior. In an era where accountability and transparency matter, interactions like this raise serious concerns about how PRC Roofing represents itself to the public. I would strongly recommend that management review customer service standards and training if they wish to maintain credibility and trust.
