We had Cary and his crew at Professional Roofing Systems replace our 30 year old roof earlier this month and they did a fantastic job! They had to replace some plywood decking, put all new synthetic underlayment, vent covers, and the CertainTeed Landmark High Def Max Shingle...it all looks great together. He also hooked me up with a great exterior painter and a gutter install to complete the package. We were referred to PRS from our neighbors whom have all had their roofs done by the PRS team. Cary is super friendly and professional. We were able to get our roof within a week from our first meeting. It took the guys a day. They worked hard and did a thorough clean up. The roof looks great! Reasonable, experienced, and very much worth it!

Called Cary out and he had his team of roofers out right away to replace my roof.. they completed my roof in 1 day which was impressive not to mention, his crew cleaned up afterwards.. I would highly recommend Cary to do the job. He's reliable, honest and backs his work up!! He beat the price of other roofers too! I'm very happy with my new roof. I had a very disappointing experience with [Cary Chapman / Professional Roofing Systems]. They completed a roofing job for my property, but the quality of the work was subpar. Proper care was not taken with the landscaping; plants were flattened and several landscaping lights were broken. The new Wind Turbine was not level, causing it to not spin freely; I had to hire someone else to correct the issue. When the old shingles were taken off, the water heater vent was dislodged causing problems in the attic. The problem was not corrected and the new shingles were installed around the dislodged vend. Also, I noticed uneven shingles and areas that weren’t properly sealed, which raises serious concerns about the durability of the roof. Additionally, despite repeated requests, the contractor failed to provide a written “Preferred Protection Limited Warranty” as promised. This lack of professionalism and accountability makes me question their integrity and reliability. Communication was also a challenge—they were unresponsive to my concerns after the job was finished. Without a written warranty, I have no assurance that they’ll stand behind their work if issues arise in the future. I wouldn’t recommend [Cary Chapman/Professional/Roofing Systems] to anyone looking for a dependable roofing contractor. Be cautious when hiring them, and ensure all terms are in writing before any work begins.

I am sorry to have to write this review because our first experience with this company was positive. They put a new roof on our home in 2012 and did a nice job. When we needed roof repairs however in 2024, they never showed up to complete the repairs they recommended after inspecting our roof. My husband and I both reached out numerous times and were always told we "were on the schedule". That was over 6 months ago. We ended up having to hire another company to complete our roof repairs.
