He was onsite again during the repairs to ensure that the job was done properly, and yet again the following week to photograph and assess the quality of the work to make sure we were satisfied. We needed a roof inspection to comply with our insurance company's demands and had a very tight deadline. RCI Roofing Company provided the proper evaluation and photos. The needed storm damage repair was done very quickly and updated information was provided to us for the insurance company. RCI Roofing's staff and quality of the work is one of the most professional companies I have dealt with through homeownerships in states from Missouri, New York, New Jersey and Texas. Eddie Carranza was the company representative in charge of my project. He explained everything to me and made sure that I understood everything involved. His estimate was reasonable and there was no up charge although there were changes from the original plan.
