I highly recommend RestoPros of West Houston. Three separate HVAC companies and technicians noted excessive dust and bacterial growth in my supply plenum over the past year; however, these AC companies are not licensed to determine or confirm whether there is actual mold. Wanting to be sure, I reached out to RestoPros after seeing a recommendation for their business in my Facebook neighborhood group. Throughout the process, Yudy was highly responsive to my concerns and questions. The technician who inspected my HVAC unit was very knowledgeable and thorough. The report I received confirmed no abnormal moisture and provided clarity on the actual issue, which stemmed from the original installation: the gasket rack installed was not the right size and it had not been properly sealed, leading to larger gaps that allowed dust and debris to pass through without being filtered. Now that I have a clear diagnosis and recommendation, I know how to get this issue resolved. I truly appreciate their honesty; otherwise, I would have spent much more on the “upsells” the HVAC companies were pushing—none of which would have solved the real problem.
