Started off well, but within 1 year the roof was collapsing. Found out that the roof was not properly sealed. This was discovered by an inspector & that inspector said the section needed replaced, not just sealed (which i recorded). RJ said the inspector just said to seal it up, which they supposedly did. but the damage to the plywood (& who knows what else under the plywood). The inspector could also lift almost all the shingles and was able to separate them from each other (adhesive was weak). When I found out that they did not properly fix their work, I reached out between 5 & 10 times over several weeks to get a response. They said the roof looked fine & there was nothing wrong with it. Pushed the issue to have it re-inspected & they agreed to a time... I pinged them 20min after the appointment time & they responded 45 min after the inspector was to be there saying he was still 35 min out. One would think that with a dissatisfied customer, they would be on the ball to inform of any delays, but like their work, their comms were poor at best. Do not use them. They said that something wasn't included in a contract, which is not true. They also said they would I form me if there was something wrong after work was started.... never got a call. These people are liars and scammers. Poor quality work. Their website said part of the BBB, this is untrue- they lost their certification because they wouldn't follow up and warranty their work. I had an independentroofer go out and they said the work was of poor quality. Shingles looked new, but everything else did not- plywood looked warped, no sealing of the flashing where water could seep in. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED OVER! Also, they said they waited for hours... yes, only after not showing up for 3 or 4 hours after promised... ex they said they would show at 1p, didn't show till 5p. I have all of this in writing. They NEVER waited for me, unless they decided to show up and not inform me they were going to show up. Lastly, I have tried to talk to their reps and supervisors, but they wont return my calls or agree to show up at the house to talk about it. These people are scummy and I have nothing good to say about them.
