I had hail damage from a storm and called up Craig. He helped me through the process of how an insurance claim works. I called Texas Windstorm and they said my roof had damage and did qualify for it to be covered. I went to the office of Rosamond Roofing and talked with the friendly staff there. During that process I picked out the shingle I wanted and heard about all the name brand products they use. We picked a day and the crew came out promptly in the morning. They worked all day without no breaks it seemed and the old roof was torn off and the new one was meticulously placed on. WOW!!! is all I can say. The roof looks excellent and my yard looks better than what it was before they came. They made sure everything was back to where it was. They also worked with me and my 4 dogs because they needed bathroom breaks and cleaned the back yard so my dogs could get a break from being inside. I reccomend this roofing company. They are professional, timely and do things the right way. I'm glad I chose them to enter my property and help with my home.

Rosamond Elite Roofing did a great job on my roof at a fair price, and were wonderful to work with. They delivered all the material the afternoon before work started, and they completed the roof replacement in a single day. They cleaned up after themselves very well too, even disposed of my defunct satellite dish for me. James also helped me quite a lot to interact with my insurance company (State Farm), who were difficult to deal with. I would definitely recommend Rosamond.

Rosamond Roofing has put a new roof on my last 2 homes. Most recently, they put a new roof on my home in June 2024. The owner Nathan is great to work with. He has one dedicated roofing crew that does outstanding work. They take pride in their job and work from 5am to dark to get the roof completed. I have recommended Nathan and his sales rep Lucas to many of my friends and neighbors. Highly recommend!

I can’t seem to get anyone to call me back. I have two homes that Rosamond put roofs on. One house has issues with nails backing out and now the shingles are not flat. This should be resolved while the roof is under warranty. Six calls and one or two emails over 11 days. They have BBB all over the website and contract, maybe they will help me get this resolved.
