This is my second time in last 8 years to write a 5 star review without being asked to do so. I wish I can give Carter/Royal Roofing a rating above 5 star. Watch my Ocean Wave new roof photo attached. I love it! I did it because I was tired of my brown color roof and Carter gave me the best deal among my 10 roofing companies quotes. I got everything I wanted in details with all the good materials, including shingles, underline materials, high ridges, matching color sidings, ...etc. While roofing construction, a couple of pipes were damaged - no problem - Carter took care of the cost right away. He accommodated my needs and helped me every step and always responded very quickly. I trust him. Very hard to find a contractor you can trust, in my opinion. I have no worry with my new roof, because I know he will take care of it if I have any issues in future. Very nice feeling indeed!

was referred to RR by a neighbor, and they did not dissapoint. Excellent communications and attention throughout the process by Carter. He also took some cool drone shots during the job. Crew got the job done in one (long) day. Crew seemed to do a nice job, including replacing some plywood underlayment with minor water damage. Overall very happy and would recommend.

Royal Roofing did changed our entire roof 2 months ago. If I can rate them 10 stars I would. Everyone was so amazing, starting from Curtis, Brook and the owner herself Ms. Heather who visited the day of installation, the process was easy and not stressful, price was reasonable and done in one day. I want to give a shout out to Mendez and his team (contractor) who did an amazing and detailed job, we loved our roof and the workmanship. I would recommend Royal Roofing and Mendez million times. They will truly treat you like a ROYALTY.

Got some repairs done a while back and they did an outstanding job. Carlos Aguilar was patient with me even though I did not like the color of shingles the first time, but he worked with me to replace them with a color I liked. Truly satisfied.
