Samurai Roofing finished our new roof today. We have a very large roof, it took the crew 2 days to complete. They took great care in their workmanship. They showed up early and worked late and diligently. They were very courteous, and careful when working as to not damage anything. They did a great job cleaning up, the yard looked just like it did before they started once they were done. Even before the crew got there to put the roof on we were well informed as to what to expect, all of our questions were answered very quickly we had a contact number both before replacement and during as well as email. The staff was very helpful and polite. There was no hard sell pressure at all, just a look, including pictures, a couple days later we received the bid, they answered our questions and allowed time for us to decide, no repeated phone calls, no do it today tactics, just polite and helpful, which with most companies is not the case, for us - this was unexpected (from other experiences we have had) and very much appreciated. Working with Samurai Roofing has been an amazing experience and the roof looks so good. Our contact person was Donte and I cannot say enough good things about him, he is remarkable- incredibly polite, kind, and responsive, he made sure the job went as it was planned and reviewed everything with us after completion. We also spoke with Pierce as well who made sure all the paperwork was correct and reviewed everything with us by phone prior to the job starting. We are very pleased, feel like we got a fair bid, and the job, before, during, and upon completion was done incredibly well.

I just had my roof replaced by Samurai Roofing. They made a lot of repairs to my decking without charging me more. They stuck to the original estimate for the job. The workmanship was great and the cleanup was unbelievable. They covered my plants and A/C unit so they wouldn't get damage when they removed the old shingles. They were on time and finished in one day. The next day Donte came out and took pictures showing me the excellent job that was done. He also had photos of the damaged decking that was replaced and the way it was replaced. I couldn't be happier.

They transformed my house to look like new with beautiful siding. Couldn’t have asked for a better job! Very professional and reasonably priced.

Skye was so awesome to work with. To keep it short, I had hired a different company to replace my siding, after two weeks and many mistakes by that company, I fired them and hired Samurai Roofing Services. Skye’s crews came in and redid my siding the right way, and replaced my roof. I could not be happier. They were so professional, Skye’s crews did my roof in one day, and and my siding in only four days. Miss Skye Williams you have a loyal customer for life

Above and beyond, if we could give them 10 stars we would. We went through a debacle with our new mortgage company putting our insurance money for our roof into an impound account. Every 2 weeks we needed our roofing company to submit yet ANOTHER document. And Skye was there every step of the way. Not only did she constantly comply with their insane demands, but material costs went up in the meantime, and she stuck with her original quote, and I'm telling you, this took MONTHS. I think any other company would have been like, enough already find someone else.. This company is top notch, excellent work, and beyond wonderful customer service. I can't recommend them enough.
