We had an excellent experience with Secure Roofing. James Pruett was very patient and professional in explaining all the steps involved with the roofing project from the moment we got in touch. He reviewed the pros and cons of different shingles and roofing options. He personally came to walk the roof before the project date to provide the most accurate, competitive quote. On the day of, the team quietly and quickly dropped off the shingles in the morning. I was provided real time updates with photos throughout the day and explanations of what was being done. The team meticulously swept our yard and our neighbor's yard for nails. After the project was complete, James provided us warranty info, a letter for home insurance, and all of the pictures and details of the project. It was a seamless experience from start to finish, and I would undoubtedly recommend Secure Roofing to anyone in the area!

Secure roofing did an outstanding job replacing my roof recently. James Pruett came out to inspect my old roof (actually climbed up our two story house instead of eye balling the roof or using a drone) and gave me a competitive quote. A week later, the day of the replacement, a truck delivered the shingles at 6 am without making any noise. The roofing crew arrived at 7 am and the roof was completed by 5 pm. Secure roofing does not use a nail gun and the crew used hammers and nails to manually install the shingles. The crew cleaned the yard and removed all nails, shingles, etc. James then collected the entire payment after the job was completed and had an inspection completed the next day. James sent me before and after pictures of my roof, installation, warranty information, etc. I was very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend James Pruitt and Secure Roofing for your roofing needs.

We've used Secure Roofing for roof replacements for many houses over the years. This includes our personal residence, my mother in-law's residence, and a number of houses we purchased to rehab and rent out. Their workmanship is top notch, and the price is very competitive. They work quickly and leave the work site neat, once they are finished.
