Recently we experienced a flooding incident in our home. I called SERVPRO, and Steve and Erick’s team responded immediately. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and began mitigating the water damage with efficiency and care. Throughout the process, they were professional, considerate, and meticulous—always respectful of our home and of us. What stood out most was their communication. Each day, Steve and Erick’s team explained the plan clearly, kept us updated as work progressed, and made sure we understood what to expect next. They consistently checked in to see if we had any questions or concerns, which gave us peace of mind during a stressful time. Steve was especially helpful in guiding us through the next steps, answering all our questions with patience and expertise. Erick and his crew worked diligently and showed great knowledge in handling the damage. Both Steve and Erick were always available by phone or text, which made the entire process seamless. Brandon was who I dealt with throughout and he was incredible. Professional, considerate, meticulous, knowledgeable and respectful of our home and us. Best of all, he was a great communicator and told me the plan each day as he arrived, kept me updated throughout the day if questions arose regarding the work being done. Then, before he left each day he again gave us plan for the next day and always asked if we had any questions or concerns. I also dealt with Steve, his boss who was awesome . He gave us updates and helped guide us on what to do next. Answered all our questions and was also very professional, courteous , respectful and knowledgeable. Both Brandon and Steve We’re always available by phone or text while they were working here at my home.I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone. They really are incredible. Jesus and his team were very kind, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely reassuring that everything would be okay during our recent emergency need of their services. They came into our home, inspected the damages, developed a plan of action and began the remediation process. They gave me hope when all seemed lost. Thank you TEAM HART.

Brandon and his team were absolutely amazing! He kept me informed every step of the way. He followed up on all pending work and answered all my questions. If he didn’t know an answer, he contacted the right people to get the answer. What I feel was the most important was that both him and his team showed genuine concern and kindness for our situation. The stress and worry that results from this type of loss is huge and Brandon and his team were aware and very encouraging through the clean up and tear out process. After a leak in the attic saturated the ceiling, Servpro came out right away to fix the mess. Jesus and Eduardo were very polite, thorough, and worked efficiently to get the wet materials cut out and the space set up for drying. They barricaded the space off from the rest of the house so there was no mess. Once everything was dry, they came back, vacuumed and cleaned the whole area. Hopefully I won’t have any issues in the future, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call Jesus at Servpro!
