ParaTex replaced our roof, did a high quality job, and were very transparent about the process. It also happened quickly, within 1 day! We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality, economical roof replacement.

We are so grateful for Justin and the ParaTex TEAM. We had significant damage to our roof, gutters, windows and screens during the recent hailstorm. Justin was onsite when our insurance appraiser came to inspect and access the damage. The appraiser's report did not include all of the damage that Justin had observed. Justin worked closely with our insurance company to ensure all the damage was ultimately covered, it took 3 supplemental claims, but Justin was persistent. It was great that ParaTex included repairs for all the damage under their contract, not just the roof, so we didn't have to deal with multiple contractors. The ParaTex crew that completed the job were amazing! They arrived bright and early as scheduled, took care to protect our landscaping and kept the jobsite tidy throughout the day. I was amazed how thorough they were, ensuring to clean up all the tacks and nails from the shingle/roof removal! Once everything was complete, Michelle/Office Administrator sent photos to our insurance company to confirm all the repairs had been completed so that we could get our Recoverable Depreciation Payment from our insurance company. We couldn't have imaged a better experience and would highly recommend Justin and the ParaTex Team for anyone needing roof repairs.
