Highly recommend Texas Gold Roofing for anyone needing roofing services. The job was completed on time and within the quoted budget. The new roof looks fantastic, and they left the property spotless after the work was done. Special thanks to Constantino for their excellent communication .

If I could give zero stars, I would. We had a very disappointing experience. The salesperson who came to our home was friendly at first but did not clearly explain the full process or what we were getting into. After that, Texas Gold Roofing got involved along with an appraiser my father never met or even knew about, which left us confused. They claimed they would help with our insurance, but it didn’t work out the way they said it would. I specifically asked, more than once, if we would be charged anything for the appraiser, and I was told both in person and through emails and calls that there would be no charge. That turned out to be untrue, and now we’re stuck with an unexpected bill. Their communication throughout the process was very poor. They were also pushing my father to finance the deductible through a loan, which felt like pressure rather than help. In the end, the roof wasn’t even fully covered, and they couldn’t explain why in a clear way. Overall, the experience was frustrating and misleading. I would not recommend them.

Their communication was very poor, and by the end, they were pressuring my father to finance our deductible through a loan. The deductible was never written out in the paperwork, which made it very difficult to understand what we were actually responsible for paying. One of their reps even mentioned “fixing the numbers” to get everything covered, which felt completely dishonest. Throughout the entire process, they gave us multiple reasons not to trust them. We felt misled and taken advantage of. I would not recommend working with this company, especially when it comes to something as important as your home and insurance claim.
