Texas Storm Group and NXT Adjusters were able to do what three previous contractors could not! Over the last five years the insurance company had repeatedly denied damage claims to replace the roof. Each of the previous three roofing contractors went through their very lengthy processes to no avail. Each time the answer was the same: claim denied. A mere 67 days after being initially engaged, Texas Storm Group and NXT Adjusters were able to make the insurance company agree to the claim to replace the roof! Three days later Texas Storm Group's team, led by the very excellent RJ. Patterson, were on-site to get the job done! I've encountered a LOT of contractors over the last 30+ years. I very much appreciate that RJ actually showed up, followed through, and delivered! 💪🏻👍🏻 That goes for the entire team involved, from top, to middle, to the very bottom. Additionally, the crew cleaned up far better than ANY crew I've ever encountered! Observations: The driver backing the trailer into the driveway was careful and mindful of my sprinkler system. 👍🏻 I saw/heard no one arguing or being difficult. 👍🏻 I saw various team members at different times discussing obstacles and collectively working out solutions. 👍🏻 I saw one person begin to slip and two others immediately step in to steady him. 👍🏻 I saw the ground crew knuckle up through narrow access without complaint. 👍🏻 Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and receptive to my questions and input. 👍🏻 The entire perimeter of the house was covered with tarps to catch all debris. 👍🏻 Management needs to reward them for a job very well done! 💪🏻👍🏻🙌🏻🥇🏆 If your roofing contractor is being road blocked by the insurance company, then PLEASE do yourself, and your family, the favor of engaging Texas Storm Group and NXT Adjusters to move the needle and get it across the goal line!

Great experience with Derrick and RJ. This company really went to bat for me to get the roof replaced despite the insurance company’s push back. Communication was great! And though it took awhile to get the approval once they had it - the work was done quickly and efficiently. I’m very grateful.

Demario approached me about how TSG could help me get my roof replaced. I was already turned away 3 times by insurance even though roofers and adjusters would agree that I had damage that should be covered. End result was TSG was different because they have someone who takes it a step further to challenge the insurance company and it takes a little more time, but they do all the work and follow through with the insurance company until the insurance company finally pays. I only had to pay the deductible and they got plenty of money from insurance to give me a top rate roof and cover their time and effort to get the process done. They provided weekly updates to let me know every step of the process. Insurance has now agreed to pay for a top rate roof replacement and TSG has great materials and methods that they also warranty when the roof is completed. I would definitely recommend checking with TSG first before hassling with an insurance claim. Excellent customer service and quality.

The team at Texas Storm Group did a great job on my roof today. After being hassled by my insurance company about the amount of damage, Texas Storm Group got involved and helped me with legal support and a 3rd party adjuster to get final approvals from the insurance company. Steve Myers was my direct point of contact and RJ was the onsite Project Manager during the installation, both were amazing! They did a wonderful job and RJ and team spent a bunch of time cleaning up after installation. Highly recommend this team, Great Job!!
