He was always available to answer questions and talk through different options, which made a huge difference. One thing I really appreciated was that they worked with me to pick the brand, model, and color of shingles without pushing me toward anything specific. We also decided to add attic solar fans as part of the same project (not free, but worth it), and it was great to have everything handled at once. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and finished the entire roof in just one day, which honestly blew me away since most other companies around here take at least two. It's a messy process, but they took care to protect equipment and plants around the house. When they were done, they left everything clean and tidy — you’d barely know they had been there.
