Lance was there for the whole process from start to finish and my neighbors are now so happy to get rid of the roof eye sore in the neighborhood, and I saved a few hundred dollars on my insurance premium, which is hard to do right now in Texas. What can I say about the Triple C team?!?! We'd been gathering quotes and information from other companies. Most of those were just way too expensive, the vendor didn't seem reputable, or they just ghosted us. Triple C stood out from the start and thier quote came in right in the middle of most of the quotes we were given. We chose Triple C because of Lance. He was the biggest reason we decided to move forward with Triple C. Lance was available to come to our home within 48 hours. He sent the drone up into the air and was able to get pics of what the roof looked like, which he shared with us. His customer service was top notch, we didn't feel rushed or pressured into signing a contract- which we greatly appreciated! I strongly dislike pushy sales people. Lance also has so much knowledge about the roofing and solar panel industry, he also knows so much more than that, he is full of so much information! The other great quality is being very responsive! Lance responded to texts or calls immediately or soon after. On installation day, the team was at our house early in the morning and they were done with our entire roof by 7 that night. His team worked hard and were super efficient. They also made sure to pick up and clean up all the materials..they even ran a magnet throughout our property to find any hidden nails. The quality of work and service are worth the cost. Another perk is the warranty on materials, which not everyone is willing to offer. We've been recommending Lance and the Triple C Team to our friends and family, and will continue to do so moving forward.
