I'm still in the pre-install phase of my metal roof project, but I wanted to leave a review specifically because of the outstanding service we’ve received from Dan at US Metal Roofing Consortium. From the first contact, he has been incredibly responsive — calls and messages returned quickly and consistently. He took the time to explain all my options in a way that was easy to understand, without any sales pressure. The review of roofing options, wind ratings, etc. was detailed and transparent, especially important to me living in a hurricane zone in SW Florida. He walked me through the entire process step by step virtually, which has made a big project feel much less overwhelming. Dan has been patient as I had to slow things down due to a home expansion project which impacts the roof size, but he's followed up when he said he would and has helped me coordinate information for my builder. That level of communication is rare. Even before installation, I feel confident in my decision because of how smooth and straightforward he has made everything. Highly recommend working with him.

This company has an excellent process in place to ensure that the transaction goes through smoothly. From start to finish, they kept me updated with every single detail for each stage of the installation process. Tisha Voland helped us make an educated decision about installing a new metal roof rather than installing the regular asphalt roof. She did an excellent job presenting the product and communicating with her team to coordinate the best possible deal for us. Rochelle kept me informed about every step of the installation, and keeping the installation team on track. In addition of the smooth process, the installation team was amazing, a group of only 3 workers, Edwin, Jesus, and Armando. These guys worked from early morning to dark hours. They worked work hard for 10 days straight, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. They never complained about anything and always had such a pleasant attitude when working, even during a couple of raining days. Kudos to them!! We loved our new roof and several neighbors have expressed their interest in our new roof.

We just had US. Metal Roofing Consortium install a roof on Civil Life Brewery in St. Louis. Albert was their team lead for the installation and I can guarantee him and his team are absolutely outstanding. We had an old roof and they handled every single aspect of the new installation professionally to the highest degree. They worked harder to insure a beautiful final project than anyone that has ever worked on our property over the last 15 years. Even down to cleaning the gutters and the property before they left. The roof is going to be here long after we are gone and when you see this roof in person up close, it is no doubt the best investment we could have made in our building. A huge thank you to Adam and John from USMRC for guiding us through the process and getting a difficult job done. Thanks again to Albert and his team and everyone at USMRC! Best news is we never have to replace our roof again.
