At this point, all I can say is “WOW!” Waggoner did a phenomenal job— Absolutely Beautiful roof; can’t say that without giving KUDOS! to Garrett & Kyle—amazing. It was a seamless process working with them. I listen when vendors/contractors DON’T judge or assume; they operate in truth (their word is their bond); and they modeled patience and good business practices…. Both Garret & Kyle exceeded expectations and had great sense of humor. Both followed up without becoming a bother; showed much respect and was also very sensitive while I was experiencing family challenges. I can’t explain why I initially went with this company; looking back, it was clearly because of Garrett & Kyle’s professionalism, thoroughness and integrity. After a pretty bad hail storm hit our neighborhood in Katy, we found out our roof needed to be replaced. We were overwhelmed at first and didn’t really know where to start, but a neighbor recommended Waggoner Roofing, and I’m really glad they did. Tyler and his team came out quickly to inspect the roof and showed us exactly what the hail had damaged. They explained everything in plain terms and didn’t try to pressure us into anything. What really helped was how much they assisted with the insurance process — they worked with our adjuster and made sure nothing was missed, which saved us a lot of stress. Once everything was approved, the install went smoothly. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up really well afterward. Our new roof looks great and you can tell the work was done right. Overall, the whole experience was easy and professional, and we feel confident knowing our home is protected now. I would definitely recommend Waggoner Roofing to anyone in the Katy area dealing with storm damage or needing a roof replacement.
