Daniel and his team, shout out to Alex and Andrew! They did a great job not just with the work and professionalism but also knowledgeable of what was going on and best solution to fix it correctly. They were also very clean and took pride in their work. We will definitely use and recommend them in the future.

Total Restoration did an incredible job on my house. I was affected by winter storm uri.. the entire house had to be gutted to the studs. Sara in the office was amazing. Really all of the staff was great. I opted to have them store and itemize my belongings which they did a great job on as well. They had great communication and did great work. They sent a spreadsheet with pictures to the insurance and were incredibly knowledgeable dealing with the insurance company. Through the whole process they were caring and helpful. Matt dedicated many hours to the project and put up with my "crazy" antics when it came to the design. Countless hours looking at flooring and they were patient throughout. I am thankful for TR and couldn't have asked for more of a blessing when I signed the contract with them.

We started out with a mold problem and needed remediation for that, then we got hit by hurricane Beryl. Jimmy & his team were amazing during the entire process for each different issues. It was also extremely helpful that they were very transparent with the billing and cost and allowed us to do things as well. For the part covered by insurance Jimmy worked well with them and provided the needed details to help with our claim. The compassion and understanding during this very long and extensive time really showed how much they actually care for their clients and not just charging crazy rates for remediation.
